Bradley S. Bloom, M.D., a board-certified dermatologist, is currently completing a Procedural Dermatology fellowship with Dr. Roy G. Geronemus at the Laser & Skin Surgery Center of New York. He graduated from the University of Wisconsin – Madison, where he was elected to Phi Beta Kappa and completed dual majors in neurobiology and economics. Dr. Bloom received his medical degree from New York University (NYU) School of Medicine where he was elected to the national medical honors society, Alpha Omega Alpha.
He completed his residency training at the Ronald O. Perelman Department of Dermatology at NYU School of Medicine, where he served as chief resident and received the Maurice Husik, MD award for his academic publications. Dr. Bloom’s clinical and research interests include Mohs micrographic surgery, biomedical applications of lasers and energy devices, and skin barrier function. He has published in numerous peer-reviewed journals and has served on work groups for the ASDS and ASLMS. Dr. Bloom currently serves as the resident/fellow representative to the ASLMS board of directors and co-section chair of the resident/fellow abstract session for the ASLMS 2015 annual conference.
