David J. Goldberg, MD, JD*
David J. Goldberg, MD, JD is recognized nationally and internationally for his innovative work with skin lasers, cosmetic dermatology and facial rejuvenation techniques. A board-certified dermatologist in practice since 1985, he has treated patients and trained physicians throughout the world in the use of these cutting-edge, non-surgical cosmetic technologies. Under his direction, Skin Laser & Surgery Specialists of New York and New Jersey has been a pioneer in delivering the latest in skin laser and cosmetic dermatology to the public.
Dr. Goldberg earned his medical degree from Yale University and completed his dermatology residency and dermatologic surgical fellowship at New York University Medical Center. He is currently a clinical professor and director of Laser Research in the department of Dermatology at NY´s Mount Sinai School of Medicine. Dr. Goldberg has published over 150 academic papers and has contributed to over 20 academic textbooks. He has authored texts on laser dermatology, laser hair removal, laser facial rejuvenation, photo-damaged skin and skin wrinkle fillers. He has also co-authored two books for the general public: Light Years Younger and Secrets of Great Skin.
Dr. Goldberg is active in professional societies and was elected president of the American Society for Lasers in Medicine & Surgery. He has served as chairperson of the Ethics Committees of the American Academy of Dermatology, the American Society for Lasers in Medicine and Surgery and the American Society for Dermatologic Surgery. He was a member of the Board of Directors of the American Society for Lasers in Medicine and Surgery, the American Society for Dermatologic Surgery and the International Society for Dermatologic Surgery. Dr. Goldberg was recently elected to the Board of Directors of the American Academy of Dermatology and Secretary to the Board of Directors of the American Society for Dermatologic Surgery. Dr. Goldberg is an active member of the Medical Society of New Jersey. He also serves as a co-vice-president of the Skin Cancer Foundation.

Hilary Baldwin, MD
After receiving her master's degree in microbiology from Boston University, Dr. Baldwin spent two years as a research associate in the immunoparisitology laboratory of Dr. John David at Harvard Medical School. She then returned to Boston University for her medical training. She completed a medical internship at Yale-New Haven Hospital and then returned to her roots for her dermatology residency and chief residency at New York University Hospital. Since finishing her residency and obtaining her board certification, she joined the faculty at the State University of New York at Brooklyn. She is currently an Associate Professor and the Vice Chair of the Department of Dermatology. Since joining the faculty she has developed interests in acne and keloid scarring. She has published and lectured extensively on these topics, as well as many others throughout dermatology.
Bradley S. Bloom, MD
Bradley S. Bloom, M.D., a board certified dermatologist, is currently completing a Procedural Dermatology fellowship with Dr. Roy G. Geronemus at the Laser & Skin Surgery Center of New York. He graduated from the University of Wisconsin – Madison, where he was elected to Phi Beta Kappa and completed dual majors in neurobiology and economics.
Dr. Bloom received his medical degree from New York University (NYU) School of Medicine where he was elected to the national medical honors society, Alpha Omega Alpha. He completed his residency training at the Ronald O. Perelman Department of Dermatology at NYU School of Medicine, where he served as chief resident and received the Maurice Husik, MD award for his academic publications.
Dr. Bloom’s clinical and research interests include Mohs micrographic surgery, biomedical applications of lasers and energy devices, and skin barrier function. He has published in numerous peer-reviewed journals and has served on work groups for the ASDS and ASLMS. Dr. Bloom currently serves as the resident/fellow representative to the ASLMS board of directors and co-section chair of the resident/fellow abstract session for the ASLMS 2015 annual conference.
Diana K. Cohen, MD, MS
Diana K. Cohen, MD, MS, completed her undergraduate studies at University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, where she was elected into the Phi Beta Kappa Society. She received her medical degree from Northwestern University’s Feinberg School of Medicine, where she also obtained a master’s degree in Engineering, Design and Innovation. She went on to complete her dermatology training at the University of Minnesota, where she oversaw teaching of cosmetic dermatology to fellow residents.
Dr. Cohen is currently completing a Procedural Dermatology Fellowship under the mentorship of Dr. David J. Goldberg at the Skin & Laser Surgery Specialists of New York and New Jersey. Her specific interests in the field of dermatology include the treatment and prevention of skin cancer, scar revision, laser medicine, and acne.
Michael H. Gold, MD
Dr. Michael H. Gold is the founder and medical director of Gold Skin Care Center, Advanced Aesthetics Medical Spa, The Laser & Rejuvenation Center, and Tennessee Clinical Research Center located in Nashville, Tennessee. Dr. Gold is also Assistant Clinical Professor in the Department of Medicine, Division of Dermatology at Vanderbilt University School of Nursing and Adjunct Assistant Professor at Meharry Medical College, School of Medicine also in Nashville. He is a Visiting Professor of Dermatology for Huashan Hospital at Fudan University in Shanghai, China; The First Hospital of China Medical University, Shenyang, China; Guangdong Provincial People’s Hospital, Guangzhou, China; and Visiting Professor of Plastic Surgery at First People’s Hospital of Foshan in Guangzhou, China and The First Affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang University in Hangzhou, Zhejiang.
Dr. Gold is a board-certified dermatologist and cosmetic surgeon who oversees the various facets of the Center’s operations: a combination of medical and surgical dermatology, cosmetic dermatology, aesthetic services and research endeavors. Dr. Gold has earned a national and international reputation for providing patients with leading-edge technological advances and has expertise in all facets of dermatology and aesthetic care. The Tennessee Clinical Research Center is now one of the leading dermatologic research institutions in the U.S.
Dr. Gold speaks on national and international fronts, focusing on dermatology issues related to the use of lasers and energy-based devices, as well as the use of fillers and toxins in aesthetic and cosmetic dermatology. He lectures in venues around the world and is a sought-after contributor to educational meetings globally.
Dr. Gold helped establish the Tennessee Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery (TSLMS), a group of health care providers interested in the distribution of information and proper training for those in the cosmetic arena. The TSLMS puts on an annual meeting known as SCALE, or Symposium for Cosmetic Advances & Laser Education, now in its 12th year. Dr. Gold also help start two international groups: the Dermatologic Aesthetic Surgery International League (DASIL) which aims to create a global community for the open exchange of knowledge and innovation by physicians specializing in Dermatologic and Aesthetic Surgery and has become one of the most prominent and important international dermatology groups which showcases meetings all over the world; and 5-Continent-Congress (5CC), one of the world’s leading conferences on Dermatologic and Aesthetic Surgery.
Kseniya Golubets, MD
Dr. Kseniya Golubets is a board certified dermatologist. She received her bachelor of arts from the Macaulay Honors College of Queens College, City University of New York, where she was elected to Phi Beta Kappa and graduated at the top of her class summa cum laude in 2005. She went on to complete her medical training at Yale University School of Medicine in 2011 and her medical internship at Yale New Haven Hospital in 2012. Dr. Golubets has completed her Dermatology residency training at University of Pittsburgh Medical Center (UPMC) in 2015, followed by a 1-year ASDS-accredited cosmetic surgery fellowship at the UPMC Cosmetic Surgery and Skin Health Center with Dr. Suzan Obagi. Dr. Golubets has co-authored articles in Journal of American Academy of Dermatology and Journal of Investigative Dermatology, among others. She is currently interested in doing research in various aspects of dermatology.
Noelani González, MD
Dr. Noelani González received her undergraduate degree in Neuroscience from Johns Hopkins University where she received high honors. She obtained her M.D. degree from the University of Puerto Rico School of Medicine, where she is originally from, and was also top of her class. She then completed a year of Internal Medicine at St. Luke’s-Roosevelt Hospital in New York City, and went on to complete her Dermatology Residency at Mount Sinai Hospital where she was Chief Resident of Dermatology during her final year. She is currently completing an American Society for Dermatologic Surgery (ASDS) Cosmetic Fellowship at Skin Laser & Surgery Specialists of New York and New Jersey under the guidance of Dr. David Goldberg. She has authored book chapters and numerous articles in the fields of melanoma, cosmetic dermatology, and surgical dermatology amongst others.
Dr. González is a member of the American Society for Dermatologic Surgery (ASDS) and the American Academy of Dermatology (AAD). Her clinical interests include medical dermatology, laser medicine, and cosmetic dermatology.
Margarita Lolis, MD
A board-certified and fellowship-trained dermatologist and Mohs surgeon, Dr. Margarita Lolis focuses on cosmetic and medical dermatology as well as surgically removing skin cancers with Mohs Micrographic Surgery. Dr. Margarita Lolis is known for her approachable nature and dedication to meeting patients’ satisfaction. As a cosmetic dermatologist, she believes that non-invasive procedures coupled with early intervention can restore and maintain a youthful appearance. Her interests particularly lie in scar removal and body contouring.
Dr. Lolis has authored numerous book chapters and medical articles in leading dermatology journals, and completed a melanoma research fellowship prior to residency.
Dr. Margarita Lolis received her undergraduate degree from Yale University and her medical degree from Mount Sinai School of Medicine. She received her dermatology training at Rutgers New Jersey Medical School, where she served as chief resident, and completed a laser, cosmetic and Mohs surgery fellowship at Skin and Lasers Surgery Specialists, under the mentorship of Dr. David Goldberg. She is a member of American Academy of Dermatology, American Society for Dermatologic Surgery and was elected to the prestigious Sigma Xi scientific research society.
Scott Naughton has enjoyed a diverse and rewarding career in the medical markets. He has served as a high-level advisor to C-level executives at start-up companies and to world renowned physicians in the plastic surgery and cosmetic dermatology markets.
He is the Founder of Naughton Braintrust, a boutique consulting firm specializing in assembling specific, targeted intellects to develop and implement protocols to successfully resolve even the most challenging projects. Accepted engagements are often "stealth" mode, strictly confidential assignments.
He has participated in the Senior Management of several medical device and medical service start-ups. He has held COO positions within large and small medical practices.
From this experience he developed FractalMetrics™, a proprietary medical management protocol, resulting in very significant improvements in revenue, procurement logistics and all other aspects of managing a medical practice.
